OFFICIAL RULES – ULTRACORE SYSTEMS GIVEAWAY

1) Sponsor

The UltraCore Systems Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and fully administered by UltraCore Systems, LLC, 7378 Southern Boulevard, Suite 300, Boardman, OH 44512 (the “Sponsor”). Sponsor alone is responsible for the design, execution, and overall administration of this Sweepstakes. All decisions regarding these Official Rules, entry eligibility, prize distribution, and dispute resolution are made by Sponsor and are final and binding. Any inquiries, complaints, or concerns regarding this promotion must be directed exclusively to Sponsor at the address above.

2) Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who:

• Are legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia,
• Possess a valid residential shipping address within the eligible area (no P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO), and
• Are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry (19 in AL/NE; 21 in MS).

Not Eligible: Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories/possessions, and jurisdictions where this promotion is prohibited. Employees, contractors, officers, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, suppliers, and immediate household/family members of each (parents, children, siblings, spouse, anyone living in the same household) are not eligible.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3) Sweepstakes Period; Official Timekeeping

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on October 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2025.

• Entries submitted before the start date/time or after the end date/time will not be accepted.
• Sponsor’s computer servers are the sole and official timekeeping devices for this Sweepstakes.
• Entrants are responsible for ensuring their submissions are properly completed within the Sweepstakes Period.

4) How to Enter

(a) Automatic Entries via Purchase

• Entrants may earn entries by purchasing merchandise or entry packs directly from Sponsor’s website (https://ultracoresystems.com) during the Sweepstakes Period.
• The number of entries awarded per dollar spent will be disclosed on the Giveaway page.
• Sponsor may, at its discretion, offer multipliers, bonus entry codes, or promotional boosts valid only during the stated periods.

Refunds & Chargebacks: If an order is cancelled, refunded, or disputed, Sponsor reserves the right to revoke or reduce associated entries, including bonus entries. Abuse of promotional offers, excessive returns, or suspected fraud may lead to complete disqualification.

Automation Prohibited: Entrants may not use bots, macros, or disposable emails. Any detected attempt at automated entry submission will void those entries and may result in permanent disqualification.

(b) Free Online Entry (One Per Person)

Entrants may submit one (1) free entry by completing Sponsor’s online form at: FREE ENTRY

• Limit: one free entry per person/household/email address for the entire Sweepstakes.
• Free entries are standard entries only and are not eligible for multipliers, promotional boosts, or bonus offers.

(c) Alternate Method of Entry (Mail-In)

To enter by mail without making a purchase:

1. On a 3" × 5" index card, legibly hand-print in blue or black ink:
   • Full legal name
   • Complete mailing address (street, city, state, ZIP code)
   • Telephone number
   • Date of birth
   • Email address (if available)
2. On the back of the card, sign and date, certifying the information is accurate and that you have read and agree to these Official Rules.
3. Insert the card into a #10 business-size envelope with proper postage.
4. On the outside of the envelope, handwrite:
   • Entrant’s full return address
   • The words: “UltraCore Systems Giveaway Entry”
   • Any applicable Bonus Entry notation (one per Mail-in Entry) (see Section 5)

⚠️ Important Mail-In Rules:

• Only one card per envelope will be accepted. Multiple cards = VOID.
• Must be handwritten in black or blue ink. Printed = VOID.
• Typed, photocopied, or machine-produced entries = VOID.
• Bulk shipments, sweepstakes aggregators, and third-party submissions = VOID.
• Each envelope must bear its own legible USPS postmark.
• If the Bonus notation does not match the postmark period, the entry = VOID.
• Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 31, 2025 and received no later than November 7, 2025.

Sponsor strongly encourages Entrants using this method to carefully follow all formatting requirements; failure to do so will result in disqualification, and entries will not be returned.

Sponsor may, at its discretion, provide promotional codes, discounts, or coupons (including but not limited to “friends and family” offers) that reduce the purchase price of entries or entry packs. Such discounts affect only the price paid, not the number of entries earned. Entries obtained through discounted purchases are treated identically to full-price entries. Odds of winning remain the same regardless of whether entries were obtained with or without a coupon.

5) Bonus Entry Offers (October 1–31, 2025)

Week 1 (Oct 1–7):

• $5 spend = 500 bonus entries
• $10 spend = 1,500 bonus entries
• $20 spend = 4,000 bonus entries

Week 2 (Oct 8–14):

• $5 spend = 1,000 bonus entries
• $10 spend = 2,500 bonus entries
• $20 spend = 6,000 bonus entries

Week 3 (Oct 15–21):

• $5 spend = 500 bonus entries
• $10 spend = 1,500 bonus entries
• $20 spend = 4,000 bonus entries

Week 4 (Oct 22–30):

• $5 spend = 1,500 bonus entries
• $10 spend = 4,000 bonus entries
• $20 spend = 10,000 bonus entries

Final Day (Oct 31 only):

• $5 spend = 2,500 bonus entries
• $10 spend = 6,000 bonus entries
• $20 spend = 13,000 bonus entries

AMOE Parity: Mail-in entries may receive the same bonuses if (1) the correct Bonus Entry notation is included on the envelope and (2) the postmark date falls within the corresponding bonus window. If not, the mail-in will default to fifty (50) standard entries.

Exclusions: Bonus offers and multipliers do not apply to the single free online entry.

6) Prize; Shipping; Trademarks

Grand Prize:

• One (1) custom-built gaming PC (ARV: $3,200).
• $500 cash.
• Total ARV: $3,700.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-substitutable, and non-redeemable for cash, except at Sponsor’s discretion. If the advertised prize is unavailable, Sponsor may substitute one of equal or greater value.

Shipping:

• Delivery via ground shipping to a valid residential U.S. address (no P.O. Boxes).
• Winner is responsible for missed deliveries, incorrect address submissions, re-shipping charges, or any additional local fees/taxes.

Trademarks: Brands such as NVIDIA®, AMD®, and Lian Li® are referenced for descriptive purposes only. They are not affiliated with or sponsoring this Sweepstakes.

7) Odds of Winning

The odds of winning are based solely on the total number of eligible entries received. Each entry has an equal chance of selection. For example:

• If 1,000,000 entries are received, odds = 1 in 1,000,000.
• If 500,000 entries are received, odds = 1 in 500,000.
• Fewer entries = better odds; more entries = lower odds.

Sponsor does not guarantee any particular number of entries will be received.

8) Winner Selection

• One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted within five (5) business days of the Sweepstakes closing.
• The drawing will be random, impartial, and may be conducted internally by Sponsor or by an independent sweepstakes administrator.
• Sponsor may audit, record, or certify the drawing process for transparency and compliance.

9) Winner Notification & Verification

• Potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone within approximately seven (7) days of selection.
• Winner must respond within five (5) days of initial contact.
• To confirm eligibility, winner must:
  • Complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility,
  • Sign a Liability and Publicity Release,
  • Submit a completed IRS Form W-9,
  • Provide a valid government-issued photo ID, and
  • Participate in a brief live or recorded verification call if required.

Failure to comply with verification requirements or providing false/misleading information will result in disqualification. In that event, Sponsor may select an alternate winner (up to three alternates).

⚠️ Scam Alert: Sponsor will never ask winners for credit card details, wire transfers, or fees to claim a prize.

10) Taxes

• Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.
• Prizes valued over $600 will be reported to the IRS via Form 1099-MISC.
• Sponsor will provide winner with a copy of the tax form.
• Entrants are strongly encouraged to seek advice from a qualified tax professional.

11) Publicity

By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, city/state of residence, photograph, and any provided content for promotional purposes worldwide, in perpetuity, and in any media, without further compensation (unless prohibited by law).

12) Platform & Social Compliance

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored or endorsed by TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, or Trustpilot. Entrants acknowledge that any personal data submitted is provided to Sponsor, not these platforms. All social media participation must comply with platform rules and community standards.

13) Released Parties; Limitation of Liability

Entrants agree to release, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, prize suppliers, fulfillment partners, and representatives from any liability, damages, injuries, or losses arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of the prize. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Technical issues, server errors, or transmission delays,
• Unauthorized human intervention,
• Lost, misdirected, incomplete, or damaged entries,
• Errors in advertising, printing, or administration.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant suspected of fraud, tampering, abuse, or violation of these Official Rules.

14) Governing Law; Disputes; Arbitration

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

• Disputes will be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration in Mahoning County, Ohio, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
• No class actions, collective actions, or representative claims are permitted.
• Entrants waive the right to a jury trial.
• Small-claims court filings are permitted where allowed by law.

15) Privacy

Sponsor will collect and use Entrant personal data solely for Sweepstakes administration in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

• Data is not sold to third parties.
• Limited sharing with vendors/service providers may occur for fulfillment purposes only.

16) Force Majeure; Modifications; Decisions Final

Sponsor shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, supply shortages, government actions, or technical failures.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend, clarify, or supplement these Official Rules at any time, provided that no such modification shall materially reduce the value of the prize, eliminate a free method of entry, or otherwise disadvantage Entrants who have already submitted valid entries. Any updates will be posted on the Giveaway page at https://ultracoresystems.com and will be effective as of the date posted. Entrants are responsible for reviewing the Official Rules for updates during the Sweepstakes Period. In the event of any conflict between the version of the Official Rules in effect at the time an entry was submitted and a later version, the version most favorable to the Entrant shall govern that entry.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if its integrity is compromised. All decisions by Sponsor regarding these Rules, entries, or winner selection are final and binding.
