Digital Products & Sweepstakes Entries

All digital downloads (including wallpapers, graphics, and other non-physical items) are delivered instantly and are non-refundable.

Purchases that include bonus sweepstakes entries are final and cannot be altered, canceled, or refunded once submitted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@ultracoresystems.com within 7 days of delivery. While we do not accept returns, if the error is on our part, we will work with you to make it right.
