No Refunds or Returns Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products and promotional sweepstakes campaigns, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Digital Products & Promotional Entries
All digital products (including Digital Poster Packs and downloadable content) are delivered instantly upon purchase. Delivery is considered complete once the product has been made available for access, download, or use.
Due to the nature of digital goods:
- All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable
- Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once accessed or delivered
- No refunds will be issued for any reason once delivery has occurred
Some purchases may include promotional sweepstakes entries as a bonus. These entries are:
- Allocated at the time of purchase
- Final and non-transferable
- Void if a transaction is reversed, refunded, or disputed
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a physical item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item or size)

While we do not accept returns or offer refunds, we will review the issue and provide a replacement if the error is on our end.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for a valid transaction.
In the event of a dispute or chargeback:
- We reserve the right to invalidate any associated promotional entries
- We will provide order records, delivery confirmation, and policy agreement as evidence to the payment processor
- Abuse of disputes may result in restriction from future purchases
