Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note:
- Orders may take longer during high demand, promotions, or sweepstakes periods
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped
Digital Products
All digital products (including Digital Poster Packs) are delivered instantly upon purchase.
- Delivery is considered complete once access is provided
- No shipping is required for digital items
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
UltraCore Systems is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Weather or natural events
- Customs processing (international orders)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost packages
- Orders may not be eligible for replacement
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, UltraCore Systems is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package is marked delivered but not received:
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Check with neighbors or your local post office
We may assist where possible, but we do not guarantee replacements or refunds in these cases.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- The wrong item
- The wrong size
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:
- Order number
- Description of issue
- Clear photos
If approved, we will provide a replacement only.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to:
- Customs fees
- Import duties
- Taxes
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by UltraCore Systems.
