Some products or services on our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or promotional purchase options. This policy explains how these purchases are handled.


Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries or services based on the frequency selected at checkout.

By purchasing a subscription:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle
  • You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time using the link provided in your order confirmation email

Important:

  • Subscription charges already processed are final and non-refundable
  • Any benefits, promotional items, or sweepstakes entries associated with a subscription are issued at the time of charge and are non-reversible

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to reserve items that are not yet in stock.

By placing a pre-order:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method at the time of purchase or prior to fulfillment
  • Estimated fulfillment dates are not guaranteed and may change

Cancellation Policy:

  • Pre-orders may be canceled only before fulfillment
  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or processed, it is final and cannot be canceled or refunded

If a pre-order includes any promotional or sweepstakes benefits:

  • These benefits are issued upon purchase and are final

No Cancellation After Purchase

Due to the nature of our products, including:

  • Digital products with instant delivery
  • Promotional sweepstakes entries issued at purchase

All orders are considered final once placed.

  • Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed after processing
  • Any associated promotional entries are final and non-transferable

Refunds & Returns

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

  • We do not offer refunds or returns, except in limited cases where:
    • The wrong item was received
    • The item is defective

In such cases, replacement only may be provided.
